
Q. When I click the 'Book now' button nothing happens?
A. The most common reason for this is that the online booking window is already open but obscured by other open windows. Minimise all windows to see if it's hidden behind other windows. If the booking window is not already open make sure that Java is enabled on your pc and that you don't have a block on 'pop up' windows.
Q. Was my booking successful?
A. Your booking was successful if you received a confirmation e-mail. You can also sign into your account at any time using the password and login you chose when making your first booking. Here you can view all your historical and future bookings.
Q. I can't remember my login and password?
A. If you have never used the online booking system before you can chose a login and password when making your first booking. If you have used the system before you can have your login and password sent to the e-mail address you specified when making your first booking by clicking the 'book now' button and selecting 'I forgot my password' at the top of the page.
Q. Why do you need my card details if you don't charge in advance?
A. When making a booking with us you are authorising us to charge your card if you cancel or change your booking with less than 24 hours notice. This is to avoid clients making bookings and either cancelling at short notice or not turning up. We won't charge you in advance unless you specifically ask us to e.g. if it is a gift for a friend, so you still need to pay on the day using any credit/debit card, cash or a gift voucher.
Q. How do you make sure my card details are stored safely?
A. When making a booking online or by phone with a therapist, as soon as the card number is entered it is encrypted and only displays the last 4 digits. For your added security the 3 digit security code is only held up to the time of your booking. When making future bookings this will need to be re-entered.
Q. Why can't I see the treatment I want in the drop down menu?
A. If you have selected a therapist the drop down menu will only show the treatments they offer.
Q. Can I change the card details you hold, my e-mail address etc?
A. You can login at any time and change the details we hold.
