Bookings for today
The online booking system does not allow same day bookings so shows today as unavailable. To book call us on 01273 771441 and leave a message if we are unable to take your call.
PLEASE NOTE: If no appointment times are displayed by the online booking system that means the therapist is fully booked. Please call us to check for cancellations.

- Gift vouchers are NOT recognised by the online booking system - use a card to book.
- We only store your card details so bring a card, cash or gift voucher on the day.
- Booking with Jeanna - use the following appointment times 10.00am, 11.10am, 12.20pm and 1.30pm.
- Amex - accepted on the day for payment BUT not recognised by online system.
- Maestro - If there is no issue number on your card please enter '1'
- Two Confirmation E-mails - The first confirms your card details have been securely stored. The second (up to 10 minutes later) confirms your booking details. If you do not receive both e-mails check your junk mail or e-mail mark@anaturalbalance.co.uk to check your booking has been made.

Booking by phone
You can call us on 01273 771441 anytime though you may need to leave a message. Don't hang up - leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can. Please have your debit or credit card to hand to confirm your booking.
Please note the reception is manned by our therapists. The answer service is checked frequently but please bare with us on busy days.
