Bookings for today
The online system does not currently work for same day bookings so always shows today as unavailable. If you would like a treatment today we will do our best to fit you in so call 01273 771441, leaving a message if there is no answer (see the section 'Booking by phone' below).
Book online ...you'll feel better already!
- Select the date you would like your treatment from the calendar opposite and choose a treatment and therapist. Wait a few moments whilst the system checks for available times.
- If no available times are displayed that means the therapist is fully booked, so why not try a different therapist or day.
- When checking out there will be a short delay whilst you are redirected to a secure page to enter your card details. We only store your card details so bring your card or cash on the day.
- When booking with Jeanna please use the following appointment times 10am, 11.10am, 12.20pm and 1.30pm.
Confirmation e-mails
- You should receive two e-mails. The first e-mail confirms your card details have been securely stored. The second (up to 10 minutes later) confirms your booking details. If you do not receive this second e-mail check your spam or junk mail. If its not there text 07776 222694 or e-mail mark@anaturalbalance.co.uk to check your booking has been made.

Booking by phone
- When booking by phone you may need to leave a message. Don't hang up - leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can. Please have your debit or credit card to hand to confirm your booking.
