Instant e-mail service
If you have left it too late and need a gift right now you can have a gift voucher e-mailed to you instantly. You can then print it out or forward it as you wish.

Your voucher will be posted 1st class to any UK Address in 1-3 working days.

Purchase by phone
Gift vouchers may be purchased over the phone using a credit/debit card - call Mark at Natural Balance Therapies on 01273 771441. Vouchers are sent by first class mail to any address in the UK. If we are unable to take your call please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.
Picking up in person
We do not have a full time reception at Natural Balance so ask
you to always call before coming to 30 The Drive. We can then
arrange a time for you to pick up your gift voucher. We accept cash
or any credit/debit card.
Each gift voucher comes with a matching envelope.
Please note that gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or refundable and must be used within 6 months of purchase. Please specify that you have a gift voucher when making your booking. The usual 24 hour cancellation period applies.
