Why you should book a FREE session with Portside Personal Training?

I’m generally very laid back and easygoing, but NOT when it comes to working out.

Years of training and working with sports injuries mean it’s one thing I’m fussy about. I’m picky about who I trust to motivate and guide me AND being in a pleasant environment with excellent equipment.

Today I had a personal training session with Dylan at Portside Personal Training, and both he and the environment ticked all the boxes.

Firstly they have a great location with free parking, just a 7-minute drive from Natural Balance. I loved the views across the water!

Secondly, they have two floors of equipment, ensuring lots of variety to keep you interested and accommodate any injuries. Unlike a regular gym, there are no crowds of people milling around or long waits to use the equipment.

Thirdly, and more importantly, Dylan, my Personal Trainer, clearly knew his stuff and was a good listener. He seemed genuinely interested in what I wanted to achieve, the barriers to getting there (lack of time), and any concerns I had (one dodgy post-surgery knee).

He checked my form on some of my favourite exercises and advised me how small changes could make things safer (important at my age) and more effective.

So if you want to work out but hate the gym or, like me, love the gym but want more guidance and structure, book your FREE trial with Portside Personal Training today.
